Information on the Planned Merger Process with Smartiks Yazılım A.Ş.

Pursuant to the disclosure on KAP, we would like to inform the public in line with the protocol details and our approach regarding the preliminary negotiations we initiated with Smartiks Yazılım A.Ş.

As a result of the evaluations and negotiations carried out, upon the understanding that the merger is not suitable for the strategic goals and priorities of our company and that the benefit we aim to achieve with the merger will not be realised, we have terminated the negotiations by taking a joint and consensual decision with the company not to continue the process.

Our approach in this process, as always, has been shaped on the basis of transparency, mutual value creation and long-term vision.
